 Cement & Sand French banking major BNP Paribas will lend $40mn to Qatar NationalCement Company (QNCC) to finance its fourth plant. An agreement was signed by QNCC and BNP Paribas, said a news itemposted on the Doha Securities Market. The loan from BNP Paribas, the fifth largest the world, comesamidst the cement company
